Cameron Carmody

Chief Technology Officer

Technology leader and product builder specialising in AI-native software, intelligent automation and complex operational workflows. His career spans IBM, Red Hat, Software AG and Trend Micro, alongside Australian technology companies including Fleet Space, with platforms launched across financial services, mobile and commerce — including an AI-enabled platform live with its first paying customer within 30 days. As CTO, Cameron leads SafetyFlow's technology vision and the build of its crew of digital workers.

Director at Brightwood Group since 2017, a Sydney-based commercial construction, facilities maintenance and trade services company. Brings deep operational expertise in contractor compliance, scheduling and field service delivery across metropolitan Sydney.

Brian Trkulja

Co-Founder; Director, Brightwood Group

Director at Brightwood Group. Leads the construction division with hands-on experience of SWMS compliance challenges on live project sites every day. The driving force behind SafetyFlow's people-first mission.

Chad Caulfield

AI Engineer

Computer Science and Astrophysics Honours candidate at the Australian National University, researching AI and human computing systems. At SafetyFlow, Chad works on the design of the digital crew: how the workers reason, communicate and hold a job on track in the field.
